Pay as you go
Independent Social Work services can be costly and may be out of reach for many parents, carers and extended family members—especially at the point you might need support most. In some situations this can leave families attending meetings and conferences without support, facing professional jargon and legal references that are difficult to follow.

Where appropriate, we may be able to offer an Account Service to support agreed work through a structured repayment arrangement.
You receive a clear, itemised quote for agreed services, with an agreed deposit and monthly payments until the balance is paid.
You are liable only for the actual work carried out. If agreed work is not completed, the outstanding balance is amended accordingly.
This option is available only under certain circumstances and only by prior agreement between yourself and Hawkins Social Work Consultancy Limited.

We discuss what you need, confirm whether the Account Service may be appropriate, and agree which services will be commissioned (by prior arrangement only).
- 2Itemised quote
You receive a clear, itemised quote detailing the agreed services and the total cost.
- 3Deposit
If you proceed, a reasonable non-refundable deposit is paid and deducted from the total cost of the agreed services.
- 4Monthly payments
You then pay an agreed monthly amount until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
- 5Adjustments if scope changes
If additional services are required, we discuss and agree these in advance and add them to your invoice. If agreed work is not carried out, the outstanding balance is amended to reflect this.
