How it works

A straightforward process built for clarity and confidentiality. Documents and updates are managed in one place—accessible only to you and your named independent social worker.

    Initial enquiry

    Contact us by phone, email, or the online form. We’ll confirm whether we can assist, clarify the questions to be addressed, and outline the proposed scope.

    Following an initial consultation (free of charge), we’ll send a portal invitation so you can securely share relevant information.

    Appointments & information

    Arrange and reschedule appointments; set dates and times for in-person meetings, conference/video calls, and court attendance; and securely exchange documents and evidence.

    Assessment & drafting

    Assessments and reports are undertaken in alignment with the Trauma Regulation Board framework.

    Reports are structured, balanced and evidence-based, with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.

    Delivery & follow-up

    Reports are delivered through the secure client portal. Where appropriate, findings are shared in person with the child(ren) and family assessed (or those being reported on).

    Follow-up questions, updates, or additional work can be managed through the portal for a clear written record.
