Social justice & human rights

Conflict of interest safeguards
If any potential conflict of interest is identified, we act promptly to rectify concerns or cease the commission where necessary.
Clear, defensible reporting
We prioritise objectivity, transparency and evidential clarity in assessment and reporting.
Trauma-science underpins our work

Evidence indicates that a significant proportion of people involved with statutory services experience complex trauma. We therefore ensure this knowledge is embedded throughout our practice, assessment processes and reporting.

TRB assessment framework

Our assessments and reports use the TRB Framework for the Assessment of Children and Families. This incorporates additional domains and dimensions beyond standard Children’s Social Care assessment frameworks, producing a more robust, mechanism-first assessment underpinned by trauma science—supporting greater objectivity and a clearer, more defensible rationale.
