We accept instructions from solicitors, local authorities, organisations, and private individuals, depending on the nature of the service required. If you’re unsure whether your request is appropriate, please contact us and we will advise.
How do I make an enquiry or request a quote?

Professional standards
Are you registered and regulated?
Yes. We are registered with Social Work England, Enhanced DBS checked, and aligned with Trauma Regulation Board standards.
How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive information?
We treat sensitive information carefully and use secure methods for document exchange where required. For safeguarding and confidentiality, please avoid including identifying case details in emails or initial enquiries.
How can I make a complaint?
We are committed to maintaining high professional standards. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in writing via the Contact page or by email, outlining the nature of your concern. We will acknowledge receipt and explain our complaints process and expected response timescales. As a Social Work England registered professional, concerns may also be raised directly with the regulator where appropriate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS). Where appropriate, secure online payment can be made via Stripe within our portal. Instalment options may also be available for certain services — please contact us if you’d like to discuss payment arrangements before instructing work.
